Clear Vinyl Nail Decal Instructions

Materials: Nail Polish • Scissors • Tweezers  

1)  Paint nails desired light color and dry completely.

2)  Cut out the desired decal. 

3)  Peel the decal off the white backing. NOTE: decal does not come off of the clear vinyl.           

4)  Carefully place the decal in desired position on nail.

5)  Seal in the decal with top coat nail polish.
